Majed Abdulla Al-Khan

Majed is a well-reputed businessman with extensive experience across various sectors including banking, investments, industry, trading and contracting across the GCC. He holds a Bachelors degree in International Accounting and Finance from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, England. His experience comes from a career background which includes senior positions in HSBC Middle East, Capivest (Khaleej Finance & Investment) and finally as Deputy CEO of Inovest (formerly known as Tameer). Majed specializes in financial engineering of Real Estate and Private Equity products.

Noor Saeed Al Sairafi

Noor has a diverse career background in the areas of investments, consultancy and telecommunication. Prior to joining APEX, she was employed with Al-Salam Bank – Bahrain where she was exposed to private equity and real estate transactions. She was previously employed with Ernst & Young’s Islamic Financial Services Group, and Bahrain Telecommunication Company. She holds a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. Noor recently obtained her MBA from De-Paul University in Chicago, Illinois.

M. Ananda Kumar
Chief Accountant
Ananda began his professional career as an Accountant and Administrator with Trade & Market Development Corporation (TAMDEC), Bahrain. He later joined Al Dhaen Group of Companies W.L.L. as a Senior Accountant. Prior to joining APEX, he worked with Castillo Construction as a Senior Accountant. His accounting experience includes 8 years of Construction Accounting and 3 years of Trading & Manufacturing Accounting. Mr. Ananda holds a Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting, Economics & Commerce and a Master’s degree in Commerce.

T.Susan Mathew
Manager Human Resources and Administration
Susan handles the indispensable back office of APEX, taking care of administration and personnel management. Ms. Mathew was previously employed with Ernst and Young and Fouad Al Mansoori Trading Establishment, in a position which required initiative and perseverance. Susan holds a Bachelor degree in Business and Finance and is a registered ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) member. She is dedicated to adopt a high degree of professionalism within the organization.

Nader Bisada
General Manager and Design Director
An Urban Designer with over 15 years experience in landscape architecture in the Middle East, Nader Bisada has been exposed to a wide range of projects, varied in both size and type. His experience has included both interior and exterior Landscape Design as well as Masterplanning and Urban Design. A competition winning designer with the ability to manage projects of varying size and complexity, from inception through all phases of design and supervision to completion on site, Nader's management, design and communication skills are assets that continue to drive successful project outcomes for APEX Green. Nader is skilled in all facets of landscape architecture bringing a wealth of knowledge to the field in Bahrain. In addition to his responsibilities at APEX Green, Nader has served as a founding board member of the Flower and Plant Industry Association of the UAE..
